According to its constitution, Elisad is open to all those having an interest in the collection, dissemination and use of factual information on alcohol and drugs in Europe.

Types of membership:

1) Full membership:

120 Euros/year. Open to legal entities (institutional members) and individuals (individual members) working within the geographic area of Europe. Only full members can vote and may be elected as officers on the board.

2) Associate membership:

80 Euros/year. Open to legal entities or individuals who satisfy the criteria of full membership and are situated outside of Europe.

3) Salis members

(situated outside Europe) pay only 35 Euros/year

Salis (Substance Abuse Librarians and Information Specialists) is our sister organisation in North America . A regular partnership is maintained between the two organisations.
