24th Elisad Annual Meeting in Arezzo |
 The title of the 24th Elisad Annual Meeting, scheduled in Arezzo (Italy) on Oct. 11 - 12, was decided by the Board during the March meeting in Utrecht:

It is with regret that we inform you that  Gunnel Larson has died of cancer. The following was written by Annie Singer in order to commemorate Gunnel and her contribution to Elisad.
"Gunnel Larsson was an elegant woman, who was very supportive and helpful to all our members.
She was librarian at CAN, replacing Lennart Eriksson who came to our meetings in 1995 and 1996. We first met her at our Turin meeting in 1997 and again in Paris, in 1998, where she gave a lecture on the current CAN's activities. She was elected to the Board in November 1999, and in 2001 she organised our annual meeting in Stockholm and then became our Vice-Chair. This was followed by being the Chair for two years, and she was very active in the Gateway Project, before retiring in 2004.

 23rd Elisad annual meeting: Monitoring information on addictions - sources and tools. 6th-8th of October 2011, Paris-St Denis, France
19 Elisad members from 12 European countries and one representative from SALIS (USA), were gathered in Paris 6 - 8 October 2011 at the 23rd. Elisad Annual Meeting. The host of the meeting was Observatoire Français des Drogues et des Toxicomanies (OFDT), located in the Parisian suburb Saint-Denis.
